FAQ

What is the difference between Stargazer and Navigator?

Stargazer is free, with a weekly briefing, a monthly topic pack and peer exchange. Navigator is an annual membership that adds monthly one-to-one calls, two free assessments, quarterly sprint camps, the tool library, Q&A, service discounts and a fully credited fee.

How does the fee credit work?

During your membership, any single Qianyu Xianxun service order of ¥5,000 or more is reduced by the full ¥699 fee, on top of the 10% member discount.

How do I book my one-to-one call?

Members can book one 30-minute call each month on network, AI or growth. Places open monthly and roll over to the next month when full.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If it is not for you, ask for a full refund within 7 days of joining.

How do overseas members join and pay?

Follow t.me/qianyuxianxun to join the free community. If WeChat Pay is not convenient for membership, contact us on WeChat qyxx365 or Telegram @qyxx365 and we will arrange payment.
